The Helen M. Yerger Award recognizes outstanding chapter performance in the categories of Collaboration, Education, Improvement, Innovation, Member Communications, Member Service, and Membership Recruitment and Retention.

Application and Submission Information

• 2011-12 Yerger Award online application is now available 
  www.hfma.org/awards/yerger/submit/  
• All entries and supporting files must be submitted online; paper or fax entries are not accepted
• The deadline for submission is Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Central time

Award Announcement

2011-12 award winners will be recognized at the Annuall Chapter Presidents Dinner and Meeting during the Annual National Institute (ANI).

2010-11 winners  were recognized at the Annual Chapter Presidents Dinner and Meeting in Orlando.
