In this session, you’ll learn about the HFMA’s resources and tools to help you identify the hot topics your members seek, and techniques for developing objectives that clearly define your programs and practical tips for selecting and working with speakers.

Your attention to on-site details can make or break the educational experience for your attendees. In this session, you’ll learn how to effectively manage program details and engage with speakers up front to avoid last minute surprises. But even the best laid plans yield unexpected surprises, so learn how to deal with glitches. You’ll also learn the importance of gathering program evaluations from attendees and volunteers.
