The entry date for the 2009-10 Yerger Awards has passed. We will release the list of winners as soon as possible following compilation of scores from the Yerger Award judges.
About the Award
The Helen M. Yerger Award recognizes outstanding chapter performance in the categories of Collaboration, Education, Improvement, Innovation, Member Communications, Member Service, and Membership Recruitment and Retention.
Eligibility/Participation
Chapters may submit a total of four single-chapter entries and may submit or participate in a total of four multi-chapter submissions.
Application and Submission Information
The new online application is in response to feedback from chapter leaders and judges to automate the Yerger process. For 2009-10, chapters have the option to either use the online application tool and attach electronic versions of the supporting documents OR complete a traditional paper application
and send four paper copies of the application and all supporting documents to Chapter Relations.
The deadline for entries is Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Central time for paper copies and 11:59 p.m. Central time for online entries. Fax submissions will not be accepted
Post-Judging
Award Announcement
The winning chapters are recognized at the Annual Chapter Presidents Dinner and Meeting on June 21, 2010 during the Annual National Institute (ANI).

Anonymous judges' feedback for the 2008-09 entries was sent to 2009-10 chapter presidents. We encourage you to share that feedback with your committees to make next year even more successful!
