Congratulate Your Student Members

December is approaching and for some of your student members, this could mean graduation! 

Your list of student members will be provided to you in early-December. Please reach out to these members to congratulate them on their achievement and invite them to an upcoming social or educational event. Many of these students may be a future regular HFMA member and continuing to engage them could help you meet your chapter goals. As always, you have access to your list of student members list 24/7 on the Member Roster Center online.

End of Telemarketing Campaign Reports

Reports from HFMA's recent membership telemarketing campaign were sent to membership chairs and co-chairs, and to chapter presidents. The report lists members from your chapter whose membership expired in May 2013 and notes those who the telemarketing firm was unable to contact, those who declined to renew, records that contained bad phone numbers, records where the telemarketer left a voicemail message, and members who have pledged to renew. Order Membership Display and Materials

Need help promoting HFMA membership and events to your meeting attendees? We've added an online order form for the HFMA Membership display. 

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make every effort to have the displays available to chapters who request them in advance. To allow for shipping, please reserve the display a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to your event. 

The display is only to be used by the chapter renting it on the days specified on the request form. The tabletop display is shipped via FedEx at no charge to the chapter, and it is sent with a return shipping label so that your chapter can return it to HFMA at the conclusion of your event (instructionsare provided inside each display with a return label). 

Chapters are responsible for returning the display in its case immediately following the completion of the event to ensure availability to other users. Displays are inspected prior to shipping and again immediately upon return.
