Q: Where can I find information on past awards our chapter received?
A: Awards from the past 5 years are listed on each chapter’s Acknowledgement Report. The Awards and Recognitions section has information on Morgan and Yerger award recipients. If you would like a list of chapter members who have received Chapter Life Membership, contact any member of the Chapter Relations team for a report.
Q: Can I order duplicate copies of some of the awards our chapter received at ANI?
A: Yes, you can find the forms to order additional awards on the Forms and Policies page or on the Chapter Awards
Q: How can I order chapter president's plaques and pins?
A: The order form for chapter president's plaques and pins is available in the President and President-elect toolkit under Other Frequently Asked Questions or on the Forms and Policies under Recognitions. Mail your completed order form to the address listed at the bottom of the form. Some chapters have been solicited by vendors selling plaques and pins at substantially higher prices, please check out the prices on the order form posted on the website before you purchase.
Q: Does HFMA have a preferred vendor for HFMA products, awards and/or apparel?
A: If you chapter has a relationship with a vendor you have worked with successfully in the past, by all means continue your relationship. HFMA does not require or encourage chapters to use a particular vendor; however, we use the following vendors we have found to be generally reliable:
