This report helps Providence Health and Services-California Region monitor revenue cycle performance issues on a daily basis. The report tracks accounts receivable each day and compares that information against goals for the month. Several metrics are tracked within the report, including revenue, payments, adjustments, and bad debt. The report is color coded to show whether pre-established goals for accounts receivable are being met.
The metrics tracked in the report allow management to predict early on how monthly performance will affect the region's bottom line.
