Badge changes due May 4

If you haven't received your confirmation email with your badge and registration details, contact immediately. The deadline to make changes to your badge information is Wednesday, May 4. Pick up your completed badges and your attendee bag at the Registration Desk in the Court Assembly Foyer (3rd Floor) of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. Registration hours for LTC are as follows:

  • Saturday, May 14:  1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 15:  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Monday, May 16:  7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, May 17:  7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Miss out on your Early Bird Sessions?

If you were a little late signing up for one of the Early Bird Sessions and discovered that registration had closed, we encourage you to try again. Due to the overwhelming response, we have reopened registration to accommodate additional attendees. Don't wait, contact the Member Service Center at (800) 252-4362, ext. 2, or email today!

Looking for a handout?

Session handouts will be available in advance for download before LTC. Chapter Relations will send an email with the link to download the session handouts when they become available, or check the LTC site.

Tell us what you think - really

We will distribute paper evaluations prior to the start of each session, as well as an overall LTC evaluation. We encourage you to complete evaluations for each session you attend as well as the LTC overall evaluation before you leave New Orleans. Your feedback helps us enhance future programs.
