Using current and relevant revenue cycle performance data enables organizations to identify areas for improvement, set performance targets and evaluate identified scorecards. This session will detail the journey of Saint Francis Hospital as they created an organizational culture designed to improve internal communications and hold payers accountable for timely claims processing and reprocessing, decrease turnaround times, and minimize unwarranted denials.
