Amy MacNulty
Amy is a senior principal and northeast region manager of the healthcare division of Noblis. With over 20 years of healthcare experience in strategic planning, physician strategies and regulatory services planning, MacNulty is a recognized leader in helping clients develop and implement strategic and physician-hospital alignment plans. Her client engagements range from strategic planning to strengthening physician-hospital relationships to clinical services business planning. She is also co-editor of Noblis' Journal for the Center for Health Innovation which has been published for the past three years as Horizons.

Donald Burt, M.D.
Burt is Chief Medical Officer for PatientKeeper.
Previously, Burt served as President of Berkshire Faculty Services, the multispecialty physician practice group affiliated with Berkshire Health Systems, Vice President, McKesson Corporation and Vice President and Medical Director of Health New England, a provider-owner HMO.
Burt received a bachelors degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and his medical degree from UMDNJ. Burt is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at University of Massachusetts Medical School and holds board certifications in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.

Keith A. Moore, FHFMA, MPH, MBA
Keith Moore is a Senior Consultant for Dixon Hughes PLLC. His areas of expertise include operational and financial improvement of physician practices with a focus on new practice set-ups, physician compensation plan analysis and development, budgeting, and financial benchmarking. Prior to Dixon Hughes, Keith was the Assistant Vice President of Ambulatory Care Finance at Duke University Health System. Previous to Duke, he was the CFO for Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group in San Diego, California.
Keith earned his MBA from the University of San Diego, and a Masters in Public health from San Diego State University. He is a fellow with the Healthcare Financial Management Association with specialty in Physician Practice Management. Keith was a member of the Board of Examiners for three years as a representative for the Physician Practice Management section of HFMA. Currently, he is the author/editor of the Physician Practice Management Syllabus.
