The Future Financial Leaders Award recognizes those future leaders who provide innovative and exemplary performance resulting in organizational performance improvement.  

Award winners are recognized for their ability to inspire individual and organizational excellence, create and attain a shared vision, and successfully manage change to achieve the organization's strategic ends and successful performance. The Future Financial Leaders Award will be presented at ANI: The 2013 HFMA National Institute. 

Submit a nomination by May 17, 2012.

How the winners are selected

A review panel comprised of recognized healthcare financial leaders select recipients based on the established criteria. 

Award Winner Recognition

  • Highlighted in hfm magazine. A special section in hfm will feature profiles of the award winners.
  • Announced in electronic communications. Information will be included in HFMA's website, HFMA's Weekly News e-newsletter, online news section of hfm magazine, and a press release.
  • Presented with an award at ANI. Award winners will be recognized during a special session at ANI: The 2013 HFMA National Institute.
