Dr. Richard L. Clarke will discuss the issues of consumerism (including pricing, price transparency, and patient safety) within the context of building community trust. He also will briefly review the most recent work of the Patient Friendly Billing Project on the impact of consumerism on the hospitals. Copies of this latest report will be available to participants.
