Easy Steps to Refer Certification Applicants
- Send personal invitation with certification informational form
- Tell applicant to include your name on certification exam application for a 10% exam fee discount (savings of $12.50) by April 30, 2010 *

The CHFP application and exam application forms (with your name included in the sponsor area) will need to be completed and submitted by April 30, 2010. All sponsors will be notified via email and $50 Visa® Fuel Card(s) will be sent by USPS to the address provided within 6 weeks of program end date.
