Thank you for your interest in MAP Event. As of noon (CDT), Friday, Oct. 25, online registration is closed. Onsite registration—for employees of provider organizations only—is still available at MAP Event's location at the Harbor Beach Marriott in Fort Lauderdale.

Limited Onsite Registration Eligibility

You are eligible to register onsite if you are a provider or payer. You are a provider if your primary purpose is to deliver patient care such as a hospital, multi-hospital system or physician practice. You are a payer if your primary purpose is to provide payment for patient care, such as the Medicare or Medicaid programs or healthcare insurance companies.

Your reservation in the HFMA hotel allows us to fulfill our contractual obligations and provide HFMA educational programs at the lowest possible cost. You are responsible for making your own reservations, including changes and cancellations. Reservations are subject to current hotel rates and availability. Reserve your room here.

Register Early

Please submit your registration early in order to allow ample processing time. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the registration process is completed. Any registrant who has not received an e-mailed confirmation should call HFMA’s Member Services Center at (800) 252-4362, extension 2, to confirm your registration has been received.

If You Have to Cancel

A refund of the registration fee (less a $50 processing fee) will be granted if cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to the event date. Subsequent cancellations received before the date of the program may be issued an HFMA National credit certificate (less the processing fee), good toward any future HFMA National educational programs or select products. Substitutions are permitted. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by fax to (708) 531-0665 or by mail.
