About Physician Alignment Forum
The Physician Alignment group will provide information on engaging with physicians to serve both business and patient care goals. Look for specific tools to assess different models of engagement (from physician committees to employment to joint ventures), align incentives, navigate regulatory issues, and collaborate on efficiency and quality improvement.
The group will also provide tools on key success factors, including communication strategies and leadership tactics to more effectively deliver a message that engages physicians and drives action. Full benefits begin June 1st, but you can register now.

The Physician Alignment Forum will feature regular Audio Webcasts with subject matter experts that tackle the nuances of the topic and aim to educate the forum members on new and tried tactics for working with physicians on the financial side of the business. These AWCs count as education credits.

Amy MacNulty
Amy is a senior principal and northeast region manager of the healthcare division of Noblis. With over 20 years of healthcare experience in strategic planning, physician strategies and regulatory services planning, MacNulty is a recognized leader in helping clients develop and implement strategic and physician-hospital alignment plans. Her client engagements range from strategic planning to strengthening physician-hospital relationships to clinical services business planning. She is also co-editor of Noblis’ Journal for the Center for Health Innovation which has been published for the past three years as Horizons.
Donald Burt, M.D.
Burt is Chief Medical Officer for PatientKeeper.
Previously, Burt served as President of Berkshire Faculty Services, the multispecialty physician practice group affiliated with Berkshire Health Systems, Vice President, McKesson Corporation and Vice President and Medical Director of Health New England, a provider-owner HMO.
Burt received a bachelors degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and his medical degree from UMDNJ. Burt is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at University of Massachusetts Medical School and holds board certifications in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.
