Exhibit 1:
This exhibit shows a sample report of the overall receivables by account location by current financial class. The bottom section of this report calculates “opportunity” dollars for each account location based on predetermined thresholds of acceptability for each portfolio.
Exhibit 2:
Developed in the design phase of the reporting tool, this diagram shows the reporting structure by account location for the overall ATB. It includes the designate, or “owner,” of each portfolio, as well as a sample of reports envisioned for each account location/portfolio.
Exhibit 3:
Displayed is a screen shot of the A/R reporting tool. Note that a consistent nomenclature has been applied to the reporting structure (Report A-01, A-03, etc.). Implementation of this naming framework not only grouped reports addressing the same portfolio, but also enabled users to reference various reports quickly in group discussions, meetings, etc.
