This latest report from the Patient Friendly Billing project describes how high-performing hospitals successfully implement revenue cycle strategies by developing competencies in the key areas of people, processes, technology, metrics, communication, and culture.
- Where did the INTEGRIS dollar go in 2008? This Excel spreadsheet was posted on the Integris Health web site to inform its patients of how each dollar of billed charges is spent. The data in the spreadsheet can be modified to reflect your facility’s information and posted to your web site in order to help your patients make informed healthcare decisions.
