Struggling with event registration? HFMA Members Services can help.

HFMA’s Chapter/Region Registration Service program can assist with registration for conferences, webinars, and special events.

Member Services staff  are ready to receive your chapter/region’s registration and corresponding credit card or check payments via online transactions, telephone, fax, or mail.

Staff will create a web link you can post on your website or include in marketing emails to your potential attendees so they can register and/or access marketing material from your event coordinator. We will also place the link on the national HFMA website.

But the service doesn’t end with registration, staff can also create conference badges, and distribute webinar registration material and event satisfaction surveys.

Your chapter/region will have immediate access to registration rosters and attendee lists via the HFMA website. You will also have flexibility in managing downloaded rosters by importing data, adding new registrants and existing members, and generating name information for conference badge production.
The revenue collected by Member Services can be sent to your chapter or region at any time or at conclusion of event.
