If you are asking for an HFMA Officer or Regional Executive to officiate at your meeting, make arrangements early. Download and complete the HFMA Officer request form and return to Julie Caturano, Assistant to President. If you have any questions, please contact Julie at (800) 252-4362, ext. 304.
Regional Executives and/or Regional Executives-elect can also officiate at officer installations and can provide national HFMA updates. You can request your Regional Executive or Regional Executive-elect by contacting them directly.
It all starts with a logo. You can find logos on the Logos & Branding Guidelines page under National Office Resources. Here you'll find chapter and regional logos as well as the current Chair's theme and logo. This page will be updated with the 2012-13 Chair's logo and theme at the conclusion of LTC. (If you need a copy before LTC, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a copy of the 2012-13 Chair's logo.
If your chapter has a relationship with a vendor it has worked with successfully in the past, by all means continue your good relationship. HFMA neither requires nor encourages chapters to use a particular vendor; however, HFMA uses the following vendors who we have found to be generally reliable:
