Session Description

This session will take a deeper dive into what actions organizations can take to comply and thrive with the CMS pricing transparency requirements as well as how organizations can conduct procedure profitability analyses to assist in determining the appropriate discounts to utilize for patients without insurance, Health Savings Accounts or as a basis for discounting patient balances. Attendees will learn some strategies on rational price development, what transparency may mean to their organization and finally how detailed analytics can provide the basis for providing their patients more accurate information on their potential out-of pocket costs for services.
