This session will describe the results of a nationwide study considering the impact of a range of factors—including penetration of value-based payment models, provider and health plan concentration, and patient demographics—on total cost of care within healthcare markets. Findings include quantitative analyses of healthcare markets across the country as well as qualitative insights from site visits in nine markets.
