Summary:
As a strategic business partner, the CFO is responsible for directing the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, pay sources, and the financial community. Corporate Responsibilities:
- Responsible for facilitating the planning, preparing, and monitoring of operating budgets for the three communities.
- Oversight of all financial statements including cash, accrual, & monthly presentation to the board of directors and quarterly filing with Health Care and Policy Finance with the State of Colorado.
- Oversight of billing operations to ensure the continuity of revenue.

Education:

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the principles of financial management sufficient to direct and support professional staff and coordinate all aspects involved with fiscal requirements.
