President’s Message
The Central Ohio Chapter of HFMA is currently 1,500+ members strong, which reflects a 58% growth from just three short years ago! The progression and energy of this Chapter is extraordinary. I am honored to serve as your President of this remarkable Chapter for the 2023-2024 Association year. My goal is to continue the incredible momentum of volunteer and member engagement our Chapter continues to experience.

Details may not be what most recognize during educational programs and networking opportunities for our members. From developing strategic objectives, to cultivating member engagement, communicating the value of membership, and developing innovative approaches to assist our members with their professional needs, the Central Ohio HFMA volunteer leaders are here to serve you, our members. The volunteers of this organization make every effort to provide enhanced educational hours, sought after networking settings, enjoyable atmospheres, and support diverse connections with smiles and laughter at each professional opportunity. A professional organization may not be pictured in this manner, but the Central Ohio Chapter of HFMA has created a different professional organization. This organization continues to generate life-long friends and a professional “home” for many.
As the Central Ohio Chapter of HFMA embarks on the new Association year, we have several member experiences to look towards in the coming months including our New Member Reception to celebrate our newest members in August, our elegant Holiday Gala in December, our Women in Leadership Conference to occur during Women’s History Month in March 2024, and our Spring Conference rounding out the Association year in May of 2024. Each member experience requires its own set of details and many hours of volunteer behind-the-scenes, magic. The Central Ohio Chapter continues to need your support, both in all stages of execution of the events through volunteers and business partners as well as our members participating in the professional opportunities developed.

The necessary ingredients to create an environment considered successful at the end of the day are organized by our enthusiastic and committed volunteers.
