HFMA launched the Early Careerist Task Force to enrich the organization’s ability to support and develop future leaders in healthcare finance. These include: personal connections, education, volunteering and recognition. The Task Force suggestions may be valuable for all members and prospects, not just early careerists.

HFMA defines early careerist based on this criteria: Born after 12/31/1976
If there is no birth date on file: Joined HFMA since June 1, 2014 with professional level indicated (e.g., analyst, accountant, consultant), Student conversion bridge pricing membership
