Brian C. Dowd, MBA, is the Executive Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation at MemorialCare Health System. He collaborates with key technical teams and is responsible for the evaluation, development and delivery of solutions and programs that foster transformational change in line with MemorialCare's organizational strategies, values and priorities. His role will establish and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of evolving technologies for the benefit of consumer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Brian began his career at MemorialCare in 2015, joining the Lean Resource Office as a Lean Fellow. Brian was promoted to Master Fellow in 2018 and graduated from the MemorialCare Leadership Academy in 2019. Prior to MemorialCare, he was an Executive Director of Lease End Customer Experience, where he redesigned Lexus, Toyota and Scion leasing strategies, supply chain, marketing, financing and customer experience. Brian received his undergraduate degree in Law and Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach. He also received his graduate degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from California Coast University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Brian is also an adjunct professor at Concordia University Irvine, where he teaches graduate-level courses in leadership in the Masters of Healthcare Administration Program.

Deb Lowe

Deb has over 30 years experience in the hospital revenue cycle arena in a wide array of hospital settings, from community hospitals to multi-hospital corporate settings to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC). Deb joined OSUWMC in July 2006 as the Director of Patient Financial Services, responsible for the billing and collection of over $1.4B in health system net accounts receivable. She moved into her current position as Administrator, Revenue Cycle, in July of 2010. While she was in that role, her team successfully implemented Epic in the fall of 2011. Current net revenue for the organization exceeds $4B. Deb previously worked at Humility of Mary Health Partners, a member of Catholic HealthCare Partners; Lake Hospital; and Ashtabula County Medical Center, an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic. Deb received her undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo and her Master's degree from The Ohio State University. She is an HFMA Certified Patient Account Manager. She has served on the Board of HFMA's Central Ohio Chapter, and is the past President and co-founder of the Ohio Epic Revenue Cycle User Group.

Rohan D'Souza is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Cybernetics at Olive, where he oversees day-to-day operations of the cybernetics division. For more than a decade, Rohan has led product development teams at healthcare technology companies KenSci and eClinicalWorks, where he oversaw successful build-outs of various healthcare technology solutions. Rohan is a nationally recognized leader in the space of interoperability and a champion for the adoption of standardized APIs across siloed health systems.
