On Dec. 14, 2018, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) asked for information from the public regarding its 2014 representation election regulations (82 Fed. Reg. 58783).

The notice stated that “the board has an interest in reviewing the election rule to evaluate whether the rule should be retained without change, retained with modifications, or rescinded, possibly while making changes to the prior election regulations that were in place before the rule’s adoption.

The deadline for comments was Feb. 12, 2018. For further information, contact Roxanne Rothschild, deputy executive secretary, National Labor Relations Board, 1015 Half St. SE, Washington, D.C., 20570, (202) 273-2917.
