Business partner reward FAQs

Points accumulate based on the date in which your advertising and sponsorship delivers. For example, if a 2021 sponsorship was contracted in December of 2020, points will be rewarded for calendar year 2021.

Reward points must be redeemed and incentives used within one (1) calendar year of being earned.

HFMA will issue a quarterly report indicating your points balance and their expiration date.

Some incentives are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis.

To redeem your points, contact your HFMA sales representative or client services at (708) 492-3390.

For additional questions, contact Alison Mossey at (708) 492-3390.

Rewards points have no cash value. Redemption items have limited availability and can change at any time at the sole discretion of HFMA. Terms of the HFMA Business Partner Rewards program can be updated at any time at the sole discretion of HFMA.
