This year, we’ve combined hands-on PEER WORKGROUPS with hot topic BREAKOUT SESSIONS and GENERAL SESSIONS to provide you with a well-rounded, revenue cycle experience:
Paul M. Lisnek, J.D., Ph.D., Political Analyst and Award-Winning News Commentator opens the conference ON MONDAY AFTERNOON with the Opening KEYNOTE ADDRESS, The Cutting Edge: Advanced Communication and Persuasion Techniques.
ON TUESDAY MORNING, PATIENT FRIENDLY BILLING® Project Leader, Terry Rappuhn presents Breaking the “Wicked” Healthcare Barriers—Building A Positive Patient Experience through Effective Strategies and Communications. This is a highly INTERACTIVE GENERAL SESSION that will take a collaborative approach to visualizing the ideal patient experience.
Attendees will then break into small PEER WORKGROUPS to capture and prioritize the top barriers to an integrated and exceptional patient experience and develop solutions through a holistic process that will also help broaden the problem definition. You will hear solutions about how to prioritize and overcome barriers to effective and positive patient interactions.
WEDNESDAY opens with BREAKOUT SESSIONS addressing hot-topics such as the RAC and Provider-Based Physician Billing. The final GENERAL SESSION closes the conference with Connecting with the Workforce that is Connecting with Customers: Understanding the Why in Generation Y.
As an added bonus, all attendees will receive a free copy of the Ingenix Hospital Almanac.
