Registration & Payment Policy

HFMA Metro New York is a volunteer-run organization that hosts large-scale, high-quality programs for our members and sponsors. To support efficient planning and administration, payment is required at the time of registration for all events, unless otherwise noted. We recognize that some organizations prefer not to use personal credit cards and require internal reimbursement. While advance payment remains our standard practice, exceptions may be considered when payment can be approved and processed by a central office, department coordinator, or leader using a corporate card. In limited circumstances, HFMA Metro NY may register an attendee and issue an invoice as a last resort. All invoices must be paid prior to the event. Unpaid registrations may require payment by credit card at check-in. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact the chapter admin at [email protected] in advance of the event so we can review and advise accordingly.
