You Belong!

Welcome to HFMA Oregon. I am your 2023-2034 Oregon Chapter President, Tony Andrade.

Thank you for attending our May Conference at the beautiful Salishan Resort. We had some great sessions as well as a wonderful dinner celebrating the Awesome 80’s. As part of my 80’s theme, You Belong, has been chosen as my phrase for the year.  Because as a health care professional in Oregon, You Belong in Oregon HFMA!

I want to welcome you to our chapter. If you have attended our events before, I’d like to welcome you to a future conference. If you haven’t attended before, I would encourage you to join our conferences filled with education and great networking. We pride ourselves as a friendly, welcoming chapter. Don’t hesitate to say hello and get involved.

As the HFMA Association (our parent organization) only awards several awards every year, we are proud to have received one of the awards last year. We won an award for our President Swap when our President during this last year, Meredith Peterson, visited the West Virginia chapter while Marcia Leighton, West Virginia’s former President visited us at Salishan. Oregon continues to innovate and have a great time while learning about the latest developments in the health care field.

Hot Off the Press!!!! HFMA Oregon Red Dot Scholarship Fund!

If you are a provider interested in attending the Western Region Symposium but have limited resources, consider applying for the Red Dot scholarship which can be used to cover additional expenses like airfare! Deadline to complete your application is November 27th and scholarships will be awarded November 30th. Click HERE to learn more about the scholarship.
