To my fellow Central Pennsylvania HFMA members,

As I begin my term as President of the Central Pennsylvania HFMA chapter, I am honored to serve such a dedicated community of healthcare finance professionals. HFMA is more than an association — it is a place where leaders grow, partnerships form, and meaningful change begins.

This year, I encourage you to join me in choosing impact by stepping up, building our leadership skills, and investing in the future of our profession. Our chapter is strongest when members are willing to share their expertise, mentor others, and lead with purpose.

As my healthcare journey continues to evolve, my hope is that you continue to grow, expand your knowledge, step outside of your comfort zone, and share those experiences with your peers. Through my own experience, I have seen firsthand the importance of bridging the payer-provider divide and the positive impact it has on the communities we serve. Let’s continue to collaborate, build trust, and share solutions not only among peers, but throughout our communities as well. Let’s challenge ourselves to pursue transformational thinking rather than incremental change.

At the same time, we remain committed to strengthening engagement with our enterprise members and expanding the value they bring to our chapter and the healthcare industry.
