In an October 24, 2023, letter to HHS, U.S. Department of the Treasury, and U.S. Department of Labor, HFMA comments on CMS’ Federal Independent Dispute Resolution Process Fees Proposed Rule, Federal Register (Vol. 88, No. 185). The proposed rule was published in the September 26, 2023, Federal Register. In the letter, comments pertained to the rule’s proposals related to:

  • IDR Entity Fee Ranges
