“That’s five educational days plus five workshop days, with the opportunity for HFMA members to earn more than 15 CPE credits,” said Rick Gundling, senior vice president of professional practice.
“I like our new workshop format because they’re not one-and-done,” Gundling said. “You get to hear presenters, then you get to digest the session, then you come back together and have a dialogue. It’s a great way to learn.”

HFMA’s revised and updated “Best Practices for Resolution of Medical Accounts,” which offers concrete, detailed recommendations encompassing all phases of the medical accounts receivable resolution process, will be reviewed too.
