Prior to Memorial Hermann, John held progressive leadership roles in perioperative services at leading health systems, overseeing OR operations, ambulatory surgery centers, and service line expansion. He has a proven track record of improving throughput, advancing robotic and minimally invasive surgery programs, revenue growth, and building high-performing, physician-aligned teams.
