2026 Annual Chapter Sponsorship Prospectus

Support the Tennessee Chapter of HFMA! Our annual chapter sponsorships help fund valuable education and networking opportunities for our members. Sponsorship is available from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Each chapter sponsorship level receives the following common benefits:

  • Recognition on the HFMA Tennessee Chapter website with link to your organization’s website
  • Company details listed in Buyer’s resource guide and Client/Provider Success Stories posted directly on the HFMA Tennessee Chapter website

Sponsorship Sign up Information:

Payments are due 30 days after signing up. Sign up early to take advantage of the full year. However, you can join and pay for any sponsorship level at any time during the year.

The most efficient way to sign up is via the TN HFMA Website sponsorship opportunities page:

Payment can be made using a credit card. This can be done on the website after filling out the application; there is an option to pay via check if needed. A confirmation email will be sent, and the confirmation email should be included when payment is being made by check.
