As healthcare system’s financial margins continue to be squeezed due to decreased reimbursement and increasing costs, projects and initiatives are facing increasing scrutiny to determine if they are value-added and produce an acceptable return on investment, along with other criteria. As healthcare leaders, it is critical that we have the knowledge and skills to develop a well-thought out, solid business case to support our proposed projects or initiatives, but also know how to present a business case that is, not only, approved, but achieves the desired results.
In this webinar, you will learn three key leadership strategies on how to develop and to present your winning business case, which will move your healthcare system forward!
What You Can Expect
- Identify the key elements to include in the development of a business case.
- Develop a powerful business case to support their particular project or initiative.
- Define the key principles in presenting a winning business case.
