President’s Welcome

It is an honor to serve as your 2026–2027 Chapter President. Oklahoma HFMA is at its best when our members, business partners, students, and emerging leaders come together to learn, connect, and support one another.

This year’s theme is Strengthening Connections. Delivering Value. Building the Future. That is more than a slogan—it is a reminder that the real value of HFMA comes from the people who show up, get involved, share ideas, and help move healthcare finance forward across Oklahoma.

Our chapter will continue to focus on practical education, meaningful networking, certification support, stronger business partner relationships, student engagement, and smarter digital communication. We also want to use new tools, including artificial intelligence, to make chapter work easier, more timely, and more valuable for every member.

But none of this happens on its own. The strength of Oklahoma HFMA has always come from personal involvement. This year, I am asking each member to take one step deeper: attend an event, invite a colleague, welcome a new member, join a committee, pursue a certification, mentor a student, or share your expertise with the chapter.

When each of us contributes in even a small way, we create a stronger chapter, a stronger professional network, and a stronger healthcare community. I encourage you not just to be a member of Oklahoma HFMA, but to be an active part of where we go next.

Thank you for being part of Oklahoma HFMA. I look forward to working with you this year as we strengthen connections, deliver value, and build the future together.
