Comparison of 2026 ASC Addendum BB with October 2025 Addendum BB

This spreadsheet compares ASC covered ancillary services integral to covered surgical procedures, using the 2026 Addendum BB compared to 2025 Addendum BB. Spreadsheet cells highlighted in yellow are provided by HFMA; all other information is from CMS.

The 2026 ASC covered ancillary services integral to covered surgical procedures contains these 5 tabs:

1. Addendum BB Comparison: compares 2025 and 2026 status indicators, relative weights, and payment rates for ASC covered ancillary services integral to covered surgical procedures in HCPCS order.
2. Addendum BB Sorted: same as previous tab but sorted by percent change in payment rate, from largest percentage loss to biggest percentage gain.
3. New ASC HCPCS: displays the new ASC covered ancillary services.
4. ASC Addendum BB Lookup: Allows user to lookup descriptive and payment information on a given HCPCS for ASC covered ancillary services integral to covered surgical procedures. User chooses HCPCS or types in HCPCS in formula bar in cell “B2”. Spreadsheets automatically display relevant information. Cells are locked but content can be copied and pasted into another spreadsheet for manipulation.
