President’s Welcome
Dear NEPA HFMA Members,
It is an honor to serve as President of the Northeastern Pennsylvania HFMA Chapter for 2026–2027. I am excited for the year ahead and, most importantly, for the opportunity to connect with so many of you throughout the year.
One of my priorities as President is to strengthen the connection and engagement within our chapter. HFMA is more than a professional organization—it is a community of people who share a commitment to healthcare, professional growth, and one another. I believe our chapter is at its best when members have opportunities to connect, exchange ideas, learn from each other, and build relationships that extend beyond our educational programs.
Education will continue to be at the heart of what we do. Our goal is to provide meaningful, high-quality educational programs that address the challenges facing healthcare finance professionals today while giving our members practical knowledge they can bring back to their organizations. At the same time, I hope we can create more opportunities to network, collaborate, and simply get to know one another.
I also want to encourage every member to get involved in whatever way feels right for you. Whether you attend an educational program, participate in a networking event, volunteer on a committee, share your expertise, or simply introduce yourself to someone new, your involvement makes our chapter stronger. There is a place for everyone in NEPA HFMA, and every contribution matters.
Finally, I want to extend my sincere gratitude to our dedicated volunteers and chapter leadership team. Our chapter would not be what it is without the countless hours, ideas, energy, and enthusiasm that our volunteers bring to HFMA. I am incredibly grateful for the commitment you give to our members and look forward to working alongside you throughout the coming year.
I am excited about what we can accomplish together. My hope is that 2026–2027 will be a year of connection, learning, collaboration, and renewed engagement—a year where every member feels welcomed, valued, and inspired to be part of our HFMA community.
