It is an honor and privilege to begin my term as Rochester Regional HFMA Chapter President. I am grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in me, and I look forward to serving this outstanding group of healthcare finance professionals.
HFMA is more than an association; it is a community of dedicated professionals who drive financial excellence, innovation, and integrity in healthcare. Together, we navigate complex challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and champion solutions that ensure our organizations can deliver high-quality care efficiently and sustainably.
As we begin this new chapter together, healthcare continues to face rapid change, complex financial challenges, and exciting opportunities for innovation. HFMA plays a vital role in helping our members navigate these changes through education, collaboration, professional development, and thought leadership. I am committed to building upon the strong foundation established by our past leaders while continuing to advance our mission of supporting excellence in healthcare financial management.
During my term I hope to focus on Feedback Fueling Growth. Every voice in our membership builds progress and the growth I hope to achieve begins with listening. We will focus on strengthening member engagement and professional networking, expanding educational and leadership development opportunities, and encouraging collaboration among providers, payers and industry partners.
Our association’s success is driven by the dedication and involvement of members like you. I encourage each of you to participate in chapter activities, attend events, volunteer for committees, and share your expertise and ideas. Together we can continue to make HFMA a valuable resource and a strong professional community.
I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to our board members, volunteers, sponsors, and past leadership for their continued commitment and service to the association.
