You told us our website needed work. You said you knew the information was there, but it was hard to find, and channels like webinars, online groups, and courses were compartmentalized. So we launched a multiyear initiative to transform the HFMA digital experience. Think of it as zero-based budgeting for websites. Yep, we started from scratch, using state-of-the-art technology. Starting in May, all content access, digital community access, online personalization, and search will be fully integrated. What that means, for example, is when you look up a search term, you might get results about articles, online courses, certifications, 1:1 member connections, and online groups. Plus, you can fill out a profile to create a personalized “For You” home page that auto-refreshes with the latest content specific to your interests. No more dead-end searches, and no more information silos. Instead, you’ll enjoy a contemporary, holistic digital experience.
You also told us you wanted to be part of a true community dedicated to healthcare finance that goes beyond limited special interest groups. So as part of our new digital experience, we’re launching an online community built expressly and inclusively for all members. You’ll be able to join peer-to-peer solution design and collaboration activities, easily find and digitally connect with other members who share your interests, and participate in member-led virtual discussions and events. And these community benefits reach beyond our online community to encompass all our social media channels and our face-to-face events. No more fragmentation. The new HFMA community is inclusive and multidimensional.
