President’s Welcome

Tashia Lindvall

Chapter Members and Friends,

It’s my pleasure to welcome you to another exciting year with the Indiana Pressler Memorial HFMA Chapter! It’s an honor and privilege to serve as the 2025-2026 Chapter President alongside our excellent leadership team and Board of Directors. As we step into a new chapter together, I’m inspired by the incredible energy, resilience, and expertise that each of you brings to this community.

To our outgoing leadership and committee members, thank you for your efforts leading our chapter through another successful year of education, volunteering, and networking. Because of your commitment and leadership, we have a great foundation to continue building for a successful chapter year.

To our incoming leadership and committee members, our chapter success is impossible without you! Your dedication and professionalism drive everything we do. Thank you for showing up, for contributing your ideas, and for making this chapter a vibrant and thriving community. Your commitment to excellence is what makes our chapter unique, and I am truly grateful to each one of you. Our chapter is steep with long-lasting leadership and relationships and I’m excited for what we will accomplish over the next chapter year.

To our past, present and future sponsors, not only does your financial support help the chapter to provide quality experiences for our members but your willingness to engage and participate in our events is even more appreciated. I’ve had the privilege of getting to know many of you and can personally say that our membership is so lucky to have you in a seat at the table.

Above all, to our chapter members: you are the inspiration behind everything we do. Your passion, your insight, and your drive bring this chapter to life. Thank you for showing up with purpose, for lifting each other up, and for creating a space where excellence thrives. It is because of you that Indiana continues to grow and lead.

Our work in the healthcare industry has never been more important, and our mission remains clear: to provide meaningful education, build strong professional relationships, and foster the growth of current and future leaders in healthcare finance.

In the face of a constantly evolving and often volatile healthcare landscape, we are committed to being a steady and reliable resource for our members. This year, we will focus on creating educational experiences that are timely, relevant, and actionable—ensuring that you are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate change and drive progress within your organizations.

We are also placing a renewed emphasis on deepening connections—between members, across industries, and among generations of professionals. By expanding our student engagement efforts and developing more intentional networking opportunities, we aim to support both seasoned experts and emerging talent, cultivating a vibrant and inclusive HFMA community.

Volunteers are the heartbeat of our chapter. Whether you’re serving on a committee, speaking at an event, or offering a helping hand behind the scenes, your contributions matter deeply. This year, we will create more pathways for members to get involved and feel empowered, regardless of experience level or availability. Every voice brings value, and every effort moves us forward.

Indiana Pressler Memorial HFMA exists not only to inform but to inspire. We are here to support you, to listen to you, and to grow with you. Together, we can continue to build a chapter that is not just relevant to today’s challenges—but also resilient enough to lead into tomorrow.

Thank you for your continued support, trust, and involvement. I look forward to an exciting and impactful year ahead—together.
