President’s Welcome

Dear Members,

As I begin my year as President of the Greater Heartland Chapter, I am honored to serve alongside such a dedicated community of members, volunteers, and business partners.

At the heart of our chapter is a commitment to connection—bringing healthcare finance professionals and industry partners together to learn, collaborate, and solve real-world challenges. Through intentional connection and purposeful engagement, we will empower our volunteers, business partners, and members to lead, contribute, and grow—delivering meaningful impact today and into the future.

Building on the strong foundation shaped by previous chapter leadership, we will focus on three key pillars:

• Engage – Create meaningful opportunities to connect members and partners and foster growth
• Empower – Enable volunteers to lead, contribute, and sustain the chapter
• Impact – Strengthen member and partner value while supporting long-term financial sustainability

Our success is driven by our people. Volunteers bring leadership and energy that move us forward, while our business partners provide the expertise, insight, and critical financial support that make our programming and events possible. Their sponsorship is essential to sustaining the value we deliver as a chapter—and engaging with them is one of the many meaningful ways to get involved.

As we look ahead, our leadership team is committed to fostering an environment where every member and partner can engage, contribute, and grow. Whether through education, networking, volunteerism, or sponsorship, there is a place for everyone to participate.

I encourage you to get involved—attend an event, volunteer for a committee, connect with a peer, or engage with one of our business partners. The strength of our chapter has always been its people—and together, we will continue to foster connections, growth and meaningful impact.
