Apply to Speak
We are seeking proposals from presenters and speakers for our upcoming events. As speaking opportunities emerge, applications will be considered from those who submitted a proposal. We seek presenters and speakers to share visionary ideas, inspire enlightening discussions, practical, hands-on experience and convey the fundamentals for growing our professional and personal development. Content should be mindful of the Hawaii health care industry and Hawaii laws. In-kind sponsorships are welcomed.
In an ongoing effort of providing education to build and expand the knowledge of our members, we are recruiting speakers and educational subject matter experts for our future event dates. Presentations are usually 60 minutes in length. Speakers will be notified if they are given a longer presentation time.

HFMA Hawaii Chapter may cover the following expenses for the 2024 Annual Conference for one presenter or speaker:
- Best available round-trip coach airfare (not to exceed $1000, including checked baggage charges) **Applicable to one speaker/presenter**
- ONE (1) night lodging at conference rates at selected conference hotel. **Applicable to one speaker/presenter**
- Free conference registration **Applicable to one speaker/presenter**
Expenses incurred for travel, hotel, copy and mailing for course material are the responsibility of the speaker unless stated.
Please note: we will not cover speaker fees, rental cars, taxi, meals, parking, airline change fees, gratuities or any personal expenses.
