President’s Message
Dear HFMA Colleagues,
The year ahead promises to be full of excitement, and I am thrilled to lead our chapter in providing you, our members, with more opportunities for education, networking, and collaboration with other healthcare leaders. We are all fortunate to be a part of a top-notch professional organization that has been around for the past 75 years and is 100K+ members strong. Your local Virginia-DC Chapter has a dedicated board of directors who are eager to serve; together, we are well-equipped to provide exceptional value for our growing membership in the upcoming year.
I hope each of you will take the time to attend one of our in-person or virtual events this year. Our annual Fall Education Conference is right around the corner, and we promise to present many CPE credit opportunities, chances to connect with peers, and ways to get involved with the Chapter. We have seen impressive attendance at our recent conferences, and we expect this year’s events to be even more well attended. Now, more than ever, getting out and meeting with colleagues is a critical way to stay involved and up to date on the latest in healthcare.
The Virginia-DC Chapter draws its strength from the tremendous support from our membership and beyond.
We would like to thank the leaders from our provider organizations for allowing your teams to engage and grow with HFMA.
The Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association (VHHA) has been a steadfast collaborator for many years, and we thank them for their exceptional partnership.
