President’s Welcome

As we approach the end of another eventful year, I want to extend my warmest holiday wishes to you and yours. This is a time for reflection, gratitude, and looking forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.
It has been a year of significant change and adaptation in the healthcare industry. We’ve navigated challenges and embraced new ideas, from the evolving role of the healthcare CFO to the continued shift towards value-based care. I am proud of how our chapter has provided a platform for members to connect, learn, and grow through these changes. We’ve had a number of successful events this past fall, including our annual Fall Institute, Revenue Cycle Seminar and Tax Seminar. These events, and others like them, are a testament to the engagement and dedication of our members.
As we look forward to 2026, we are excited to continue the momentum. We are kicking off the new year in January with the Professional Development Seminar, a leadership program that is sure to be of great value to our members. We have a full calendar of educational and networking events planned for the rest of the year.
Our chapter’s success is a direct result of the commitment of our members, volunteers, and sponsors. Thank you for your continued support and active participation. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve as your president and look forward to another year of shared growth and success.
Wishing you a happy, healthy, and prosperous holiday season and a wonderful new year.
Sincerely,
Sara Smith
