Jonathan G. Wiik, MHA, MBA, FHFMA

Jonathan Wiik is a healthcare executive with nearly 30 years of experience across hospitals, health IT, and payer organizations. His career spans clinical operations, patient access, billing, case management, revenue cycle leadership, and executive management, including service as a Chief Revenue Officer. As a recognized industry expert in healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, legislation, and strategic transformation, Jonathan works closely with healthcare organizations on performance improvement and industry best practices. He is the author of three books on healthcare finance and a frequent contributor to industry leadership discussions. Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and master’s degrees in healthcare administration and business administration. He is a past President of Colorado HFMA and currently serves on the Board of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ACHE. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and two sons. He is a certified whitewater rafting guide instructor, avid traveler, and has completed a six-month stay in Antarctica, including a visit to the South Pole.

Bart Shea, CRCR

Bart Shea is the Regional Vice President of Sales at GetixHealth and brings a deep, proven background in Revenue Cycle Management. He began his career in 1997 with a medical collection agency, quickly rising into executive leadership. Over the years, Bart has held key roles including Director of Insurance Resolution, Collection Manager, and Vice President of Sales. With more than two decades of experience, his expertise and leadership style make him a valuable contributor to the Region 10 Regional Executive team. Bart holds a HFMA CRCR certification and remains passionate about Rural health and is always committed to continuous learning and professional growth within the revenue cycle field.

Carla Neiman, MHA, CHFP
Chief Financial Officer | Clark Fork Valley Hospital

Carla Neiman is the Chief Financial Officer for Clark Fork Valley Hospital, a not-for-profit community healthcare organization providing services to patients since 1971 in Plains, Montana. Neiman joined the Clark Fork Valley Hospital Team in October 1994 after serving several years on the hospital governing board. She served as Director of Revenue Cycle and Communications & Development before taking the reins as CFO in 2002. As CFO, Neiman oversees the hospital’s financial operations, patient access, health information, purchasing, information systems, risk management and insurance. Carla is also the co-operator of a family farm and ranch on Camas Prairie with her husband Dale. Neiman is a graduate of Montana State University, Bozeman, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business finance. She later earned her master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota while working full time at Clark Fork Valley Hospital. She is an active member and Past President of the Montana Chapter of HFMA. She additionally serves as a board member of the Monida Healthcare Network and chairs the Montana Board of Nursing Home Administrators.
