Regional Executive’s Welcome

HFMA Region 6 Colleagues,

It is truly an honor to serve as your Regional Executive, and I am energized for the year ahead as we continue to build on the strength, collaboration, and leadership that define Region 6.

As we come together around this year’s conference theme—Blueprints of Hope—we are reminded of the important role we play as healthcare finance professionals in shaping the future. Our work is not just about navigating today’s challenges, but about designing and building sustainable, innovative pathways forward for the organizations and communities we serve.

“Blueprints of Hope” reflects both intentionality and optimism. It calls on us to think strategically, act collaboratively, and lead with purpose. In a time of continued transformation across healthcare, we have an opportunity to create meaningful impact—by advancing new ideas, strengthening our partnerships, and supporting one another in pursuit of excellence.

Region 6 has always stood out for its engaged membership, strong chapter leadership, and commitment to professional growth. This year, we will continue to build on that foundation by:

• Strengthening connections across our chapters and members
• Encouraging the exchange of ideas and leading practices
• Supporting the development of current and emerging leaders

I encourage each of you to embrace this theme—to bring your perspectives, share your experiences, and actively engage in the conversations that will shape our collective future. Together, we can turn ideas into action and build the “blueprints” that will guide healthcare forward.
