Nadia Vincenti
2023-2024 Region 6 Regional Executive
Nadia has been a member of HFMA since 2003. She is currently Regional Executive for Region 6. She is also a member of her local Northeast Ohio Chapter and has been involved in the leadership track and in several committees related to Networking and Programming.
She joined University Hospitals of Cleveland in 2003 and currently is a Finance Director for the Medical Services, Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute and Surgical Services. Prior to University Hospitals, Nadia was with the Cleveland Clinic for ten years.
Nancy Rocker
2023-2024 Region 6 Regional Executive II
Nancy Rocker currently serves as the 2023-2024 HFMA Region 6 Regional Executive II. She is a member of the Michigan Great Lakes Chapter, having served as president and a co-chair for the Michigan chapters’ consolidation, along with many other positions within the former Eastern Michigan Chapter. Nancy has held other Region 6 and National HFMA positions.
Nancy is a HFMA fellow (FHFMA); and is certified in Financial Accounting and Reporting, along with Patient Financial Services. She began her HFMA journey in the early 1990s and was awarded a lifetime membership in 2019.
Mary Laile
2023-2024 Region 6 Regional Executive III
Mary Laile is currently serving as the Region 6 Regional Executive 3. In her day-job, she is a Training and Deployment Manager with Trinity Health with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Mary’s background in healthcare consists of experience in the operations, training, management, and strategic planning areas. Mary earned her bachelor’s degree and MBA from Ohio Dominican University. She enjoys spending her time away from Trinity with her sons Charlie and William and serving as President of a non-profit dance organization.
