Region 8 Leadership

Since the inception of the Robert M. Shelton Award for Sustained Chapter Excellence in 1980 – the highest award for a chapter – HFMA bestowed that award on Region 8 chapters 7 times! The bar for excellence is high in Region 8, and that is why as its leaders, we are committed to continuous improvement and service to chapters. Regional Executives are elected into a three-year track by Chapter leaders and work together as a leadership team across the region to insure that all chapters are connected to the resources they need to lead the financial management of healthcare. The RE team also chairs the Mid America Summer Institute planning committee.
